Teledyne Paradise Datacom – leading supplier of satellite modems, RF products, and subsystems to satellite communications technology users worldwide.  Worked closely with Teledyne's marketing and sales teams, and satellite division manager of client Telstra, Australia's leading telecommunications and information services company. Managed project from beginning to end setting up meetings, fact gathering, conducting research, developing interview questions, interviewing client and writing this inspiring customer success story. This story showcases not only the quality and effectiveness of Teledyne's products, but the teamwork between these two companies, resulting in a system that provides critical telecommunications to emergency crews in remote areas of the country.

Remain Software innovative leader in software change and workflow management solutions continually showcases their customer successes!  I developed this case study, working closely with the Marketing Manager - beginning with interviewing my client regarding the specifics of the project, developing interview questions, interviewing the client's customer, European Multilateral Clearing Facility (EMCF), and writing and formatting the case study. Both my client, and their customer, are extremely happy with the study!  It is being showcased on their website and as marketing collateral at global software industry conferences and trade shows.
